Hi, I'm Zafar Iqbal, a dedicated Electrical Engineer specializing in Power Generation and Industrial Maintenance. With hands-on experience at organizations like Orient Energy Systems and Olympia Blended Mill, I've developed strong expertise in troubleshooting and overhauling gensets from Cummins, Caterpillar, Doosan, Denyo, and Parkin.
Over the years, I've mastered control systems including Cummins PCC, Deep Sea, and PowerWizard, along with practical proficiency in alternators like Stamford, Leroy Somer, and Mecc Alte. From Magger testing and PLC diagnostics to synchronization, load sharing, and major overhauling of gensets (up to 2250 KVA), I’ve tackled a wide range of technical challenges both electrically and mechanically.
I'm passionate about solving real-world problems in the energy sector and continuously expanding my skills in genset commissioning, ECM calibration (using tools like IN-SITE and IN-POWER), and electrical automation systems.
